This website is operated by Korinos Media SRL through the SarataHub online store. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “SarataHub” refer to the store operator.

The website is hosted on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the products and services available through our online store.

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the policies available on the website, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our store services.

We make every effort to ensure that the images, descriptions, colors, dimensions, and characteristics of the products displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the screen and settings of the device you use.

For products made from natural or semi-precious materials, or other products that may naturally vary, slight differences may occur between individual items of the same product.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability within the limits permitted by applicable law.

3. Orders

By placing an order on SarataHub, the customer requests to purchase the selected products under the conditions displayed on the website.

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed in accordance with the store's ordering process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified circumstances, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, inability to deliver the order, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order that has already been paid for cannot be fulfilled, the amounts paid for the affected products will be refunded.

4. Minimum Order Value

A minimum product order value may apply to standard orders placed through the website and will be displayed before checkout.

For Romania, the minimum product order value is 100 RON.

For orders placed from the European markets available on the website, the minimum product order value is €20.

Shipping costs are not included in the minimum product order value.

5. Wholesale Orders

SarataHub also allows customers to request quotations for larger-quantity purchases and products intended for resale.

The conditions, prices, minimum quantities, availability, and shipping costs applicable to wholesale orders may differ from those applicable to standard orders placed directly through the website.

For wholesale orders, customers can request a personalized quotation using the dedicated form available on the website.

Submitting a request for a quotation does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order. The final terms will be communicated and agreed separately.

6. Prices and Payment

Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

The currency and prices displayed may vary depending on the selected market or country.

Shipping costs are displayed separately and are added to the product total, where applicable.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices for future orders. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are delivered to the countries and regions available in the store at the time the order is placed.

For Romania, the current standard shipping cost is 35 RON.

For European Union countries where delivery is available, the current standard shipping cost is €9.90.

The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, unless a different timeframe is indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carriers, busy periods, weather conditions, logistics procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Shipment of Products

To process and deliver orders, we may use suppliers, logistics partners, and fulfillment services located in Romania, the European Union, or outside the European Union.

For this purpose, information strictly necessary to process and deliver an order, such as the customer's name, shipping address, phone number, and information required to identify the products ordered, may be shared with the partners involved in fulfilling the order.

In certain circumstances, products included in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers benefit from the rights provided under applicable legislation governing distance contracts.

For orders delivered in Romania and other Member States of the European Union, consumers have the right, subject to the conditions provided by law, to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the products, without having to provide a reason.

10. Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

Consumers' statutory rights regarding the conformity of goods are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

11. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at saratahub@gmail.com.

We will attempt to process your cancellation request before the products enter the shipping process. If this is no longer possible, the rules regarding returns and the right of withdrawal under applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
