Order Processing

After an order has been placed and confirmed, it is submitted for processing and preparation for shipment.

Products may be shipped through our suppliers and logistics partners.

Delivery in Romania

For orders delivered in Romania:

Shipping cost: 35 RON
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

The minimum product order value is 100 RON. Shipping costs are not included in the minimum order value.

Delivery within the European Union

Delivery is available to the European Union countries activated in our store and shown as available during checkout.

For orders delivered to these countries:

Shipping cost: €9.90
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

The minimum product order value is €20. Shipping costs are not included in the minimum order value.

Delivery Times

The delivery times displayed are estimates and are calculated in business days.

Delays may occur due to carriers, busy periods, weather conditions, customs or logistics procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders delivered in Romania and other European Union countries available in our store, any applicable taxes or duties will be handled according to the shipping method and the information provided at the time the order is placed.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs beyond the amount displayed and paid at checkout, except where such additional costs are expressly indicated before the order is placed.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please carefully check your name, shipping address, postal code, and phone number before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at saratahub@gmail.com. We will attempt to update the information before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale orders, shipping costs and conditions may vary depending on the products ordered, quantity, weight, and destination.

The standard shipping rates displayed on the website do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.

For wholesale orders, the shipping cost will be determined in the personalized quotation provided to the customer before the order is confirmed.
