Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal – Romania and the European Union

For orders delivered in Romania and other Member States of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at saratahub@gmail.com before sending the products back. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not send any products back before contacting us and receiving the return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be kept and handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The customer may be held responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is made as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.

This rule applies both to orders delivered in Romania and to orders delivered in other Member States of the European Union.

If the product you received is incorrect, defective, damaged, or non-conforming for reasons attributable to us, please contact us before returning it. We will review the situation and inform you of the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legislation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the product is defective or damaged, or if you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at saratahub@gmail.com and, if possible, attach relevant photographs.

We will review the situation and inform you of the appropriate solution. Please do not send the product back before receiving our instructions.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or clearly personalized according to the customer's specifications, as well as to other categories of products exempted under applicable legislation.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us to arrange the return of the original product. Where applicable, you may then place a separate order for the product you would like.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will inform you about the processing of your refund.

If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable legislation.

As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, at no additional cost to the customer.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable legislation.
